Our BOOTCAMP workout program is a group-oriented workout designed for rapid weight loss and total body transformation. Our personal fitness trainers hold classes 3 days/week for 1 hour. Each participant receives a fitness assessment, short-term and long-term goal setting, and nutritional recommendations.
