BOOTCAMP

Our BOOTCAMP workout program is a group-oriented workout designed for rapid weight loss and total body transformation. Our personal fitness trainers hold classes 3 days/week for 1 hour. Each participant receives a fitness assessment, short-term and long-term goal setting, and nutritional recommendations. BOOTCAMP is challenging, exciting, and energizing, but most of all – it’s a fun way to get in shape! Get started today!

  • MORNING Class meets at 6:00AM: Mon, Wed, and Fri
  • EVENING Class meets at 5:30PM: Mon, Tue, and Thurs
  • Class meets at Push Fitness – don’t be late!
  • Bring water, towel, and workout gloves
