Why should I trust your trainers?

The trainers at Push Fitness were hand picked based on their education and experience. You won't find pushy or uneducated trainers in our studio - everyone here has a minimum of five years experience and a bachelor's degree in a health related field and/or two or more national certifications. How do I know which trainer is right for me?

After an initial fitness consultation, we will have a better understanding of your personality, fitness goals, and the type of training needed to get you healthy results. We will then match you with a trainer that best fits your needs. Our trainers specialize in a wide variety of training techniques, from boxing and cardio conditioning to total body strength training and everything in-between. At Push Fitness, we are here for you. Making sure you have the right trainer is the first step towards reaching your fitness goals.

What are your hours of business?

The hours at our facility are by appointment only. You and your trainer will decide on the best time for your schedule. Our trainers start as early as 5 a.m. and others train as late as 10 p.m. Many of our trainers are available on the weekends as well. If you can find time in your schedule for exercise, we can accommodate you.

What are my payment options?

Push Fitness has a fitness program for any goal and budget. Our payment options include all major credit cards, a direct debit from your bank account, a check, or cash. We can also set up multiple payments for larger packages if you wish to break up your payments throughout your training program. At Push, we respect your decision to invest in your health and we want to do everything we can to make it a stress-free purchase.

How do I get started?

At Push Fitness, we are personal trainers, not pushy salespeople. We want you to be comfortable with your personal investment. To get started, we would like you to call and set up an appointment or just stop by to check out our facility. Once you feel comfortable with our studio and staff, we'll take you through a fitness assessment and consultation to find out which of our services best fits your fitness needs and then match you up with one of our personal trainers. You and your trainer will set up a schedule based on your availability and commitment. You are now a Push client and on your way to becoming a healthier you!
