This military themed Boot Camp is designed to bring out your inner soldier. There’s plenty of total body exhaustion as well as camaraderie and discipline. Yes, Sir!
Medicine Ball Mayhem
You get the idea. It’s just you and a med ball with jumping, slamming, snatching, lunging, twisting, tossing, chopping, and pressing.
Tighten and tone muscles you didn’t know you had with a TRX strap and your bodyweight. Be ready to work the hips, core, and shoulders.
Tone n Groan
It’s tough to tone and build muscle without a little groaning. This class is designed to build strength and muscle with good old-fashioned strength exercises.
Buns and Guns
We all know these two areas get a lot of attention. If you’re wanting a tighter bottom or a set of guns to be proud of, this is your class.
