Our BOOTCAMP program is a group-oriented workout designed for total body transformation. Classes meet 3 days/week for 1 hour and come complete with fitness assessment and nutritional recommendations. As the name suggests, this class demands discipline and dedication.
When people think of cardiovascular conditioning, they typically think of walking, running, and biking.
All of these activities are great types of exercise, but they primarily stress the lower body without overloading the upper body. Boxing is a great way to get a cardio workout while improving overall muscle tone of the upper body and core.
By incorporating boxing into your fitness program, you’ll learn proper boxing technique, improve your self-confidence, and take the “boring” out of a typical cardio workout.
Push Fitness offers individual boxing sessions with Ryan LeBreux and Tony Figueroa. From traditional boxing technique to mixed martial arts and self defense, Ryan and Tony are ready to get you moving like a boxer.

Be in and out of the gym in 45 minutes or less. This fat-burning cardio program is designed to force your body to burn the most amount of fat and calories in the least amount of time. We will set you up with a Polar RS300 Heart Rate Monitor, find your optimal fat burning zone, and set you up with customized cardio programs based on your specific zones. Our fat-burning nutrition program will completely change the way you eat. Simplified through years of experience by our certified nutritionists, our nutrition plan is simple, healthy, and best of all – it’s not a diet!
