High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) will make you feel the burn - in your muscles and your lungs. Tabata uses exercise intervals of 20 seconds followed by rest intervals of 10 seconds and is modified for all fitness levels.
This exercise in disguise dance class takes the 'work' out of 'workout' by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval style, calorie burning fitness party.
Pound transforms drumming into an incredibly effective workout with cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements. Rock it!
Stretch and strengthen your entire body with this low-impact class. Designed for all fitness levels and great for core strength and proper muscle tone. Start moving better!
