Group Fitness Classes

We offer a variety of fitness classes with an emphasis on overall fat loss and muscle toning.

Our month to month programs come with unlimited attendance and our classes are designed for all fitness levels!

Due to Covid 19, all classes are temporarily canceled.

Bootcamp

This military themed course is designed to bring out your inner soldier. There’s plenty of total body exhaustion as well as camaraderie and discipline!

Pilates

Stretch and strengthen your entire body with this low-impact class. Designed for all fitness levels and great for core strength and proper muscle tone. Start moving better!

Tabata

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) will make you feel the burn - in your muscles and your lungs. Tabata uses exercise intervals of 20 seconds followed by rest intervals of 10 seconds and is modified for all fitness levels.

Yoga

Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga are wonderful styles for finding strength, balance, flexibility, and focus... Escape from stress and find yourself!

Zumba

This exercise in disguise dance class takes the 'work' out of 'workout' by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval style, calorie burning fitness party.
