  • A marathon runner with 3 marathons & 3 half marathons under her belt

Patrick Stille

  • Experienced with a variety of clientele including weight loss, post-rehab, and athletes
  • Specializes in strength training, martial arts, and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) to enhance functional movement through increases in balance, mobility, power, and strength while maximizing fat loss
  • After suffering a career ending injury in gymnastics, turned to exercise as a way to stay healthy while healing from injury. Firm believer that exercise and a healthy lifestyle are the ultimate cures in life
  • When not training clients, enjoys working out and training for fitness competitions. Also enjoys anything outdoors related, cooking, and spending time with his daughter

  • Enjoys training and motivating all types of clients to go beyond their limits – both mentally and physically – and live a healthy, happy lifestyle
