Bootcamp Exercise Classes

This military-themed class is designed to bring out your inner soldier. There’s plenty of total body exhaustion as well as camaraderie and discipline. You may even find yourself letting out a Yes Sir or a Yes Ma’am!

Our Bootcamp classes are designed to build on both your strengths and weaknesses to help toughen you up, both physically and mentally.

In Bootcamp you’ll be working with bodyweight, dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, TRX bands, and plyo boxes. Think of it as a total body strength training workout that safely pushes you to your limits. Some of our favorite exercises are push ups, burpees, lunges, and planks.

Expect to lose weight, burn fat, and build muscle, while improving your overall mobility, cardiovascular efficiency, and self-esteem.
